Cancellation Policy:
Invoices for consultations with our Clinical Naturopath are required to be paid prior to the consultation. A consultation may not begin if payment has not been received, or we at Hypermobile Natural Therapies have not been notified of the circumstances of a late payment. Payment for invoices for products, resources and courses is required prior to product ordering or receiving the resource or course.
There is a strict 24 hour Telehealth cancellation policy. Non-attended appointments and less than 24 hour cancellations will incur a 50% of consultation fee. This is to be paid within 7 days of the cancelled or non-attended appointment, before a new appointment can be made.
We understand at times there may be extenuating circumstances to cancellations. If you need to reschedule, or cancel a consultation please contact us at info@hypermobilenaturaltherapies.com.au. Or when you have received your appointment reminder opt to ‘cancel’ your appointment. We will then contact you via email to reschedule.
Payment Terms
When paying for services, payment can be made via Stripe or as a request for a bank transfer.
If you choose to save your credit card details through Stripe, they will be stored as per their security protocols. we do not have direct access to your account details.
If an invoice is more than 90 days overdue, you agree to pay all costs, including debt collection agency fees and solicitor’s costs, that we may incur in taking steps to recover any money that you owe to us, whether or not legal proceedings are issued in relation to the debt.
Delivery
Delivery for all online 1:1 consultations will take place via Cliniko unless otherwise stated. When you book an appointment, you will be sent details about using Cliniko, with a booking link. It is your responsibility to check that the software works for you, prior to your appointment.
If you are having technical issues, please contact info@hypermobilenaturaltherapies.com.au prior to your appointment. Appointments will not run over-time if the user has not notified us of technical difficulties prior to the commencement of the appointment.
Refund Policy
1.Change Of Mind
There are no refunds on change of mind for resources such as ebooks, handouts and courses. Once these are purchased as a download the user will have a copy and this is not returnable.
2.Consultations
No refunds will be given post consultation, after the service has occurred. If sufficient notice has been given (24 hours), a refund will be issued. However if less than 24 hours notice is given, refunds will occur on a case-by-case basis.
